Job Description – HR Manager
Position: HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: Chembur
Reporting To: Management / Director – HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, etc.).
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive performance management system, appraisals, and training initiatives.
- Maintain HRMS and ensure accurate employee data management.
- Lead employee engagement, welfare activities, and retention strategies.
- Support manpower planning and workforce budgeting.
- Coordinate with management for HR audits, organisational development, and policy updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR generalist and managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and payroll coordination.
