Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding

Develop and implement HR policies & procedures

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution

Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance

Plan and execute employee training & development

Manage performance appraisal processes

Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR reports

Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives

Support management in HR strategy and manpower planning

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Good understanding of HR operations and labour laws

Problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities

Proficiency in MS Office & HR tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,782.22 - ₹49,006.95 per month
