HR Manager in Real Estate develops HR strategies aligned with business goals, handles talent acquisition (sourcing, hiring, onboarding) for sales & project teams, manages performance, compensation, & compliance (labor laws, PF/ESI), fosters employee engagement, resolves issues, and uses HR metrics to support leadership in a fast-paced environment, often managing large field teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing) for sales, site, and corporate roles; manage onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Bridge management/employee gaps, resolve grievances, run engagement programs, and build a positive culture.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, identify training needs, coordinate L&D, and support career growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, PF, ESI, gratuity, benefits, and ensure competitive pay plans.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, manage HR documentation, and handle statutory compliance.
- Strategy & Reporting: Partner with leadership on HR strategy, provide data-driven insights via HR metrics (MIS reports), and support workforce planning.
- HR Operations: Manage HRIS, attendance, leave, and offboarding processes, especially critical for project-based roles.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Real Estate/Construction/Services.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labor Laws & HR best practices.
