Overview
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all HR operations, lead recruitment, manage employee relations, and ensure smooth organizational processes. The candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of HR policies and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with finance.
Conduct performance reviews and support team evaluations.
Plan and execute training & development programs.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Drive employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and manpower planning.
Support management in strategic planning and organizational development.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field).
Proven experience in HR management or HR generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Experience with HR software (attendance, payroll, recruitment tools).
Leadership qualities with a people-first approach.
