HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and strengthen employee relations. This role is key to building a positive workplace culture while ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end hiring and ensure a strong talent pipeline
• Support onboarding and maintain accurate HR records
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR matters
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong recruitment and employee-relations skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
