We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Manager with 2+ years of experience in a HR Managerial role. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations, manage a small HR team, and ensure smooth execution of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Team Management & HR Operations:
- Lead and manage a small HR team, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Oversee general HR functions, including attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes – job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, company policies, and HR best practices.
Performance Management:
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and training & development initiatives.
- Support managers in addressing performance-related issues.
Eligibility Criteria & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Female Candidate are preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial HR role.
- Experience in team handling, attendance management, payroll processing, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
