Job Summary

This hybrid role is responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of Human Resources, managing administrative verification tasks specific to our software services, and directly supporting customer issue resolution within our retail operations. The manager will ensure compliance, optimize internal processes, and drive customer satisfaction through effective operational support.

Key Responsibilities

A. Human Resources Management (HR)

* Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for all company employees.

* Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

* Policy & Compliance: Develop and maintain the employee handbook and HR policies, ensuring strict compliance with local labour laws.

* Training & Development: Identify organizational training needs and coordinate relevant professional development programs.

B. Retail Customer Service Management

* Issue Resolution: Act as the final escalation point for complex or unresolved customer issues and complaints arising from our retail outlets or services.

* Process Improvement: Analyse customer feedback and issue logs to identify systemic problems in retail operations and propose solutions to prevent future recurrence.

* Staff Training Support: Collaborate with retail management to ensure customer-facing staff are properly trained on handling common issues and adhering to service standards.

C. Software/Administrative Verification (Power Administration)

* Administrative Verification: Handle administrative tasks related to the verification and activation of software services or 'power' permissions/licenses.

* Access Control: Manage and verify internal employee access levels and permissions within key operational software systems.

* Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous administrative records and documentation for service agreements, software licensing, and access audits.

D. General Administration & Operations

* Oversee general office administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient operating environment.

* Manage vendor relations and contract negotiations for office supplies, utilities, and minor services.

Qualifications

Required

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations Management, or a related field.

* Proven experience in customer service escalation and resolution, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,725.81 - ₹35,000.00 per month
