Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR operations in an IT Company r corporate setup. The ideal candidate should be an MBA in HR with excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset to handle both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
  • Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance evaluation, employee relations, and exits
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and employee welfare regulations
  • Maintain strong employer-employee relations and manage grievances and disciplinary actions effectively
  • Lead payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave administration
  • Conduct employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost morale and productivity
  • Liaise with department heads for workforce planning, training needs, and manpower budgeting
  • Implement HRMIS and maintain accurate employee data records
  • Generate regular HR analytics and reports for management review

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Ensure timely hiring and onboarding of skilled and semi-skilled workforce
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles

2. Performance Management

  • Drive appraisal cycles with a clear KRA/KPI framework
  • Encourage continuous performance feedback culture

3. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and organize technical and behavioral training
  • Measure and report training outcomes

4. Compliance & Industrial Relations

  • Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.)
  • Maintain positive relationships with workers, unions, and government bodies

5. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Develop a structured engagement calendar
  • Reduce attrition by addressing employee satisfaction and career growth

6. Payroll & HRIS

  • Supervise salary disbursement in coordination with accounts
  • Manage attendance, overtime, and leave system using HRIS

7. Policy Formulation & Communication

  • Design, update, and communicate policies clearly to all employees
  • Ensure fair and consistent implementation

8. Health & Safety Coordination

  • Work closely with the Safety Officer to implement safety practices
  • Ensure compliance with EHS norms and employee well-being

9. Grievance & Conflict Resolution

  • Establish a formal grievance redressal system
  • Resolve employee conflicts professionally and fairly

10. HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Present monthly dashboards including attrition, hiring, training ROI, and workforce analytics
  • Make strategic recommendations based on data

Skills & Competencies Required:

· Strong leadership and team management abilities

· In-depth knowledge of HR laws, practices, and processes

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems

· Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
