HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, people-centric HR Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between management and employees by handling all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work culture, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, provide mediation, and foster a healthy, inclusive workplace environment.
• Performance Management: Oversee the annual appraisal process, provide coaching to managers, and assist in developing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Policy & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal labour laws. Maintain employee records and handbooks.
• Onboarding & Culture: Design and execute orientation programs to integrate new hires seamlessly. Organise team-building activities to boost morale.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits programs, and conduct periodic salary benchmarking.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate workshops or programs to enhance employee skills.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR (Generalist or Managerial roles).
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Conflict Resolution: Strong ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and HR metrics to make informed decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
