We are looking for a HR Manager our client Urban King hotel, based at Rewari Haryana.
Key Responsibilities-
Strategic HR
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning and development
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Implement effective talent development and succession planning
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
- Promote a healthy work environment and resolve conflicts
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies
Performance & Training
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
- Support leadership development initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
- Conduct salary benchmarking and manage increments/bonus cycles
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Manage audits and statutory filings (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc., if applicable)
HR Operations
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and analytics
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Manage HR systems and tools
Hotel industry, FMCG experience in preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
