Job Description

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for a leading automobile organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting business objectives through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee relations, engagement & grievance handling
• Recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning
• Payroll, attendance & statutory coordination
• HR policies, compliance & labour law adherence
• Performance management & appraisal support
• Training & development coordination
• HR documentation, MIS & reporting

Requirements

• MBA / MSW in Human Resources or related qualification
• Min. 5 Years Experience (automobile industry preferred)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labour laws & HR best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office / HR software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
