We are recruiting for our client, a dynamic organization seeking an HR Manager. This mid-level role is perfect for an HR professional ready to lead the full employee lifecycle, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Develop and implement HR policies in line with Pakistani labor laws.
· Oversee performance management, employee relations, and engagement programs.
· Administer compensation, benefits, and learning & development.
· Provide HR reporting and analytics for decision-making.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Master’s/HR certification a plus.
· 4-6 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
· In-depth knowledge of Pakistani labor laws.
· Proven skills in recruitment, performance management, and ER.
· Excellent communication skills and high integrity.
· Proficiency in MS Office/HRIS.
