Job Brief:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions along with office administration. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while supporting organizational goals.
Education Requirement:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management.
o Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) is preferred.
o HR certifications will be an added advantage.
Senior HR – Essential Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent knowledge of labour laws, compliance, payroll, and employee benefits.
o Expertise in recruitment, on boarding, and training.
o Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and payroll systems.
o Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
o Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
o Organizational and multitasking skills.
o Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
o Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
o Oversee on boarding, training, and learning & development initiatives.
o Implement performance management systems (quarterly, annual, 360° reviews).
o Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
o Act as the point of contact for labour law and statutory compliance.
o Manage HR department budget and payroll processing.
o Design and manage employee referral and retention programs.
o Measure and analyse employee retention and turnover rates.
o Review and recommend improvements in HR technology and systems.
o Take regular follow-ups on projects and assigned work to ensure timely completion.
o Coordinate daily with Data Executives and HR Executives to monitor progress and resolve issues.
o Oversee office management and administration activities.
Day-to-Day Duties:
o Coordinate with department heads to track recruitment and workforce requirements.
o Follow up on daily tasks, projects, and work progress with internal teams.
o Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
o Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
o Supervise daily office operations, facilities, vendors, and administrative staff.
o Ensure availability of office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure.
o Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
o Organize interviews, training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
o Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
o Maintain discipline, workplace standards, and a positive work culture.
