Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting exit interviews, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Organize training programs for employee development and performance improvement.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with regulations.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: Previous experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR software and tools.
