SITEC (PVT.) LTD. is a family owned Company established in 2009, Manufacturers of High Quality Surgical, Dental and Veterinary Instruments. We are looking for an experienced and resilient HR Manager to take ownership of our human resource functions. This role replaces an outgoing team member and reports directly to the board of directors. The ideal candidate will thrive in high-pressure environments and be capable of managing sensitive situations with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and termination processes
• Handle internal conflicts and drive timely resolutions
• Ensure compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws and regulations
• Conduct difficult conversations and maintain a professional environment
• Manage and execute salary and payroll activities
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations across departments
• Coordinate with directors to align HR strategy with company goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role (2–5 years preferred)
• Familiarity with manufacturing/surgical industry environments is a plus
• Experience working in companies with 150–250 employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive matters discreetly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
