What the Role Involves

We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to manage HR operations end-to-end compliance, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee matters. You’ll work closely with leadership to keep systems clean, fair, and consistent.

This is an execution-heavy role, not a people-branding or engagement-only position.

What We’re Looking For

* 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience

* Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, PT, payroll, and PMS

* Experience with recruitment (technical + non-technical)

* Someone organised, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential matters

* A person who believes HR should be done properly, not just quickly

Nice to Have

* Experience in fast-paced or agency environments

* Familiarity with HR tools and dashboards

Office Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

This role requires daily presence at the office. We’re looking for candidates currently based in Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai.
