HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources function.

Qualification

• MBA in Human Resources (Regular mode only – Distance education not accepted)

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
• Support leadership in building a positive and productive work culture

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
