## Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager ( Female Only)

### Job Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business goals by developing and implementing HR strategies that promote a positive workplace culture, ensure legal compliance, and drive employee engagement and performance.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs

* Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies

* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies

* Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives

* Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination

* Lead training and professional development programs

* Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development

* Maintain HR records and prepare reports and analytics

* Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

### Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

* Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

* Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools

### Preferred Qualifications

* Master’s degree or HR certification.

* Experience managing HR in a fast-paced or growing organization

### Work Environment

* Office-based or hybrid role

* May require occasional travel or extended hours during peak periods

Pay: ₹17,422.06 - ₹59,752.96 per month
