Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for leading the human resources function and aligning HR strategies with the overall goals of the organization. This role involves overseeing all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. The HR Manager plays a strategic and hands-on role in fostering a productive, compliant, and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of employee records and databases.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the performance management system to drive accountability, goal alignment, and employee development.
  • Ensure company compensation and benefits policies are competitive and compliant with labor laws, while regularly reviewing for necessary updates.
  • Monitor workforce planning and staffing needs, oversee recruitment strategies, and ensure all vacancies are filled promptly using the approved talent pool and external sources as needed.
  • Enforce and enhance HR policies relating to talent acquisition, deployment, and development to cultivate a high-performance and compliant work culture.
  • Provide strategic guidance in analyzing organizational issues, proposing effective solutions, and implementing improvements aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the HR team in delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines. Ensure team coordination and actively participate in management-level meetings.
  • Oversee the use and integration of HR technology systems to improve reporting, analytics, and workflow automation.
  • Coordinate with the finance/accounts department to ensure smooth salary disbursement and compliance with banking and tax requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and systems (HRIS, payroll, performance management tools).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
