Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at BDF Pvt Ltd, a leading milk processing plant . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with experience in a factory or manufacturing environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance, to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and labor laws

- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for the plant

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

- Oversee training and development programs for employees

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Maintain employee records and HR data

- Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or factory setup

- Experience in handling factory workers and staff

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
