Job Purpose

The HR Manager will manage end-to-end human resources functions, ensure statutory compliance, support plant and site manpower requirements, and maintain effective employee relations across plant and project locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesManpower Planning & Recruitment

• Handle recruitment for plant, site, and corporate roles
• Manage bulk hiring for helpers, operators, drivers, technicians, and supervisors
• Coordinate with manpower vendors and consultants
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation

HR Operations

• Oversee attendance, shift rosters, leave, and payroll coordination
• Maintain employee records and HRMIS data
• Manage confirmation, transfers, and promotions

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

Experience

• 6–10 years of HR experience
• Minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing / construction / RMC industry preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
