Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and people-centric HR Manager who can handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment strategy, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be confident, organised, and capable of independently managing the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes
• Handle performance management, appraisals, and employee development
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters
• Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support management with HR insights

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in HR (preferably in corporate/service industry)
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
• Personal laptop/device is mandatory
