Position: HR Manager
Experience: 5 – 8 years
Salary: 5 LPA – 7.5 LPA
Location: New Delhi (Nehru Place)
Job Description:
- Manage and support the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Handle recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely execution of joining formalities, induction, and orientation.
- Coordinate with various departments for manpower planning and internal hiring needs.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred:
- Experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
