Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and people-centric HR Manager to lead all end-to-end human resource functions. The role requires a strong balance of strategic HR thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring compliance, a strong culture, and smooth people operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments (creative, marketing, tech, operations, etc.)
- Design hiring strategies aligned with business goals
- Improve quality of hires, reduce TAT, and enhance candidate experience
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, confirmation, exits, and full employee lifecycle
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HRMS data
- Ensure smooth payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
3. Performance Management & Engagement
- Drive PMS cycles (KRAs, appraisals, increments, promotions)
- Work closely with leadership on performance improvement plans
- Plan employee engagement activities, celebrations, and culture initiatives
4. Policy, Compliance & Labour Laws
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with labour laws
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labour codes, etc.)
- Act as a point of contact for audits and legal HR matters
5. Employee Relations & Culture
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Foster a positive, transparent, and high-performance culture
- Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and management
6. HR Strategy & Reporting
- Provide HR MIS, attrition analysis, and people insights to management
- Support leadership in organization development and HR planning
- Implement HR best practices and process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 5–8 years of core HR experience (agency/startup exposure preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS & payroll coordination
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: ₹16,794.29 - ₹60,342.59 per month
