About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead end-to-end human resources operations and contribute to the organization’s growth. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and HR policy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement programs and foster positive workplace relationships
- Manage performance appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and improvement plans
- Oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor learning and development programs
- Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred)
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Prior experience in the education, training, or services sector is an added advantage

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
