About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead end-to-end human resources operations and contribute to the organization’s growth. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and HR policy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement programs and foster positive workplace relationships
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and improvement plans
  • Oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor learning and development programs
  • Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred)
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Prior experience in the education, training, or services sector is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
