Job Description:

The HR Manager of Badar Tyres will be responsible for managing all human resource activities and ensuring smooth staff operations. The role involves organizing staff duties, work schedules, leave management, and handling employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize staff duties, daily work allocation, and shift planning

Maintain attendance records, time management, and punctuality monitoring

Manage leave requests, approvals, and maintain leave register/records

Handle employee problems, complaints, and workplace issues professionally

Support recruitment activities including interviewing and onboarding of staff

Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance reviews

Prepare HR-related documents and maintain employee files

Ensure company policies and discipline are followed

Coordinate salary, incentives, and overtime updates with accounts team

Build good communication between management and employees

Create a safe, positive, and productive work culture in the company

Requirements:

Graduation or equivalent qualification (MBA/HR preferred)

Good communication skills in Malayalam, English & Hindi

Knowledge of HR documentation and basic computer skills

Problem-solving ability and leadership qualities

Minimum 3+ year of experience in HR management or similar role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
