Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle at RSC Group, encompassing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, in support of the company’s rapid growth in the Dholera Smart City real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, CRM, site operations, and corporate roles
  • Hire high-performing sales professionals for real estate projects
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Manage recruitment, job portals, and internal referrals

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Handle joining, onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities
  • Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave & payroll coordination
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across offices and project sites

Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
  • Support management in setting KPIs for sales & operations teams
  • Monitor employee productivity and engagement

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and motivation programs
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees
  • Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work culture

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices
  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs for sales, CRM, and leadership teams
  • Coordinate induction and skill-development programs
  • Support management succession planning

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 4+ years of proven experience as HR Manager / HR Business Partner
  • Experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Sales-oriented organisations preferred

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations & recruitment

  • Experience handling sales team hiring & retention
  • Knowledge of Indian labour laws & compliance

  • Hands-on experience with HR tools / HRMS / payroll coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
