HR Manager

Your role as an HR manager at Designbox

• Manage end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition across creative and tech roles
• Coordinate and execute annual performance reviews and appraisal cycles
• Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks
• Partner with leadership to track goals, performance, and team development
• Support employee engagement, growth, and retention initiatives
• Ensure HR processes align with the agency’s culture and fast-paced work environment

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR manager.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
