We are seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager to oversee and strengthen the organisation’s human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for showroom staff, sales personnel, back-office, and support functions.
- Develop and update job descriptions in alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate interview processes, selection decisions, and offer rollouts.
- Ensure effective onboarding and structured induction of new employees.
HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee complete employee lifecycle management, including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR documentation.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive, ethical, and performance-driven work culture.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and morale.
Payroll Coordination & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing by validating attendance, leave, and statutory deductions.
- Establishment statutory compliances, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain compliance documentation and support audits or inspections when required.
Performance Management & Training
- Support performance appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and documentation.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end HR functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS systems will be an added advantage
