Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and basic HR operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hiring, interacting with people, and building structured HR processes in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to Senior-level positions
  • Understand hiring requirements from department heads and leadership
  • Draft and post job openings on portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Assist in onboarding of new hires

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files
  • Support attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documentation
  • Handle employee queries related to HR processes
  • Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with basic HR and labor regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–4 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on recruitment
  • Prior experience in corporate, professional services, or financial services firms preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR tools
  • Self-driven and comfortable working closely with leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (optional but preferred)
