Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and basic HR operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hiring, interacting with people, and building structured HR processes in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to Senior-level positions
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and leadership
- Draft and post job openings on portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Assist in onboarding of new hires
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files
- Support attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
- Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documentation
- Handle employee queries related to HR processes
- Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with basic HR and labor regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on recruitment
- Prior experience in corporate, professional services, or financial services firms preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR tools
- Self-driven and comfortable working closely with leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (optional but preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
