We’re hiring an HR Manager for a leading insurance company—someone hands-on with a strong ability to build structures, policies, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and improve HR structures, policies, and KPIs
  • Support top management in company restructuring to achieve business goals
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience using Zoho is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£18,000.00 - E£22,000.00 per month
