1. Recruitment & Staffing

● Assist in hiring nurses, doctors, technicians, administrative staff, and support personnel.

● Coordinate interviews, schedule tests, and conduct initial screening.

● Ensure staffing levels meet hospital needs, especially in critical departments (ICU, Emergency, etc.).

2. Onboarding & Orientation

● Organize hospital orientation programs for new employees.

● Ensure compliance with mandatory training (infection control, safety, patient privacy).

● Prepare employee files and documentation.

3. Employee Relations

● Act as the first point of contact for employee queries or concerns.

● Help resolve conflicts professionally and maintain a positive work environment.

● Support disciplinary processes as per hospital policies.

4. Compliance & Documentation

● Maintain accurate employee records (certifications, licenses, immunizations).

● Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws and accreditation standards (NABH, JCI, etc.).

● Assist in audits and HR-related inspections.

5. Training & Development

● Coordinate training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff.

● Track mandatory training completion (CPR, BLS, ACLS, fire safety).

● Support performance evaluation processes.

6. Payroll & Attendance Support

● Monitor attendance systems, leaves, and shift rosters.

● Assist in preparing payroll inputs.

● Support overtime and shift allowance management.

7. Health, Safety & Welfare

● Oversee employee health programs (vaccinations, occupational health checks).

● Support initiatives to improve workplace safety.

● Promote employee wellness and stress-management programs.

8. HR Operations & Administration

● Manage HR MIS reports and daily HR operations.

● Support employee engagement activities (festivals, rewards & recognition).

● Maintain policies, SOPs, and internal HR communication.

Skills Required

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of hospital operations and medical staffing requirements.

● Understanding of labor laws and healthcare compliance standards.

● Ability to handle confidential information.

● Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

● Good organizational and multitasking ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
