Job Summary:

Nautai Marine Services is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's growth through effective people management, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a positive work culture across our marine operations in India and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring:

Develop job descriptions, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure hiring compliance.

Employee Relations:

Handle grievances, foster positive work culture, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Performance Management:

Implement performance appraisal systems, provide regular feedback, and support employee development.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs, design learning programs, and measure training effectiveness.

Benefits & Compensation:

Manage payroll, benefits, and ensure competitive, compliant compensation practices.

Policy & Compliance:

Develop HR policies, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and conduct periodic audits.

HR Analytics:

Monitor key HR metrics to drive strategic decisions and improve HR processes.

Strategic HR Planning:

Align HR functions with business objectives and support organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the marine or logistics sector.

Strong knowledge of labor laws (India/UAE), HR software, and best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
