Job Description: HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Location: As applicable
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Understand job requirements and hiring needs of departments/clients
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Negotiate offers and support onboarding process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
  • Meet hiring targets and timelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
  • Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
  • Understanding of HR policies and hiring best practices
