Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Understand job requirements and hiring needs of departments/clients
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Meet hiring targets and timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Understanding of HR policies and hiring best practices
