Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee HR operations in the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in:

• Recruitment (primary focus – 70%)
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance (20%)
• Employee Engagement Activities (10%)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree in HRM
• 10–14 years of experience in distribution organizations
• Proven expertise in recruitment and HR operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Tamil (Tamil natives preferred)
• Male candidates only
• 100% willingness to travel
• Strong command of MS Office and high adaptability
• Excellent communication and oratory skills in both Tamil and English
• Age: 40–45 years
• Must be a Coimbatore native
