Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Manpower planning and workforce budgeting
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
- Induction, joining formalities, and documentation
HR Operations & Administration
- Managing attendance, leave, and shift policies
- Handling employee records and personnel files
- Issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and termination letters
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Overseeing payroll processing
- Compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave, Minimum Wages)
- Coordinating with consultants for statutory filings and audits
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Grievance handling and conflict resolution
- Employee motivation, engagement activities, and retention strategies
- Disciplinary action and domestic inquiry support
Performance Management & Training
- Implementing appraisal and performance review systems
- Identifying training needs and organizing learning programs
Policy & Compliance
- Drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical standards
Exit Management
- Handling resignations, exit interviews, F&F settlement, and relieving letters
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
- MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW / equivalent
- 5–10 years of experience in HR, including managerial role
Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws
- Payroll management & compliance expertise
- HRMIS & MS Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
