Role Overview
We are seeking a young, dynamic HR Manager with strong end-to-end HR and hiring experience who will work closely with the Founder to align people strategy, hiring, and HR operations with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring & recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Manage the complete HR lifecycle from joining to exit
- Handle payroll, salaries, PF, ESI, compliances, and audits
- Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks
- Partner with the Founder on people strategy and organizational alignment
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and feedback systems
- Maintain HR data, reports, and HRMS accuracy
- Ensure smooth coordination across teams and leadership
Requirements
- Up to 8 years of experience in HR with strong hiring + operations exposure
- Hands-on knowledge of recruitment, payroll, PF, statutory compliance
- Experience in startup or fast-growing environments preferred
- Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills
- Ability to align HR initiatives with business needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
