Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Manager (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Help implement HR policies and company procedures
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with company rules and labor laws (basic level)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
