RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objective.
  • Conduct workforce planning and talent management.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and Develop and implement employee recognition programs.
  • Develop performance management frameworks, conduct performance evaluation, and address performance issues.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct needs assessments, develop training programs, evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage workers compensation, conduct investigations.
  • Manage HRIS systems, maintain employee records, ensure data accuracy.

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR Compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
