RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objective.
- Conduct workforce planning and talent management.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and Develop and implement employee recognition programs.
- Develop performance management frameworks, conduct performance evaluation, and address performance issues.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct needs assessments, develop training programs, evaluate training effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage workers compensation, conduct investigations.
- Manage HRIS systems, maintain employee records, ensure data accuracy.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Master's degree in HR, Business or related field.
- 5+ years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR Compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills.
