related field is preferred.
Experience :7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior
HR leadership role managing large teams
- Proven track record in high-growth environments, particularly in Textile & Garment based industries, is highly desirable.
- Expertise in HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance
management.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency
with HRIS and other HR management tools. Strong analytical and strategic planning
capabilities.
Salary :50k To 70k Per Month–(Negotiable for the right candidate)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced in Human Resources to lead and manage our HR
and recruitment teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large
teams of 1000+ employees and will be responsible for all HR functions, including recruitment,
talent management, employee relations, learning and development, performance management,
and organizational development. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience
in operational HR to support our growth goals and uphold our culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall
business objectives, focusing on scaling HR capabilities as the business
grows.
Lead workforce planning to support organizational expansion while ensuring
efficient allocation of resources across departments.
2.Team Management & Development:
Oversee a large HR and recruitment team, ensuring smooth operations
across all HR functions.
Foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performance culture, encouraging
team members to reach their full potential.
Develop succession planning, leadership development, and career path
programs to retain high-potential employees.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Direct recruitment initiatives to meet large-scale hiring demands and support
the growing needs of the company.
Collaborate with department heads to anticipate workforce needs and
ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
Implement innovative recruitment techniques, focusing on building a strong
pipeline of candidates and reducing time-to-hire.
4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement:
Drive a culture of high performance through well-structured performance
management programs and consistent feedback systems.
Design and implement employee engagement programs that enhance
morale and promote values.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track HR’s impact on business performance.
5. HR Operations & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations across regions,
maintaining policies that protect both employees and the company.
- Manage HR budgets, payroll, and benefits administration, aligning HR
operations with financial goals.
- Continuously optimize HR processes, utilizing technology to improve
efficiency.
6. Learning & Development:
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs to
up skill employees and support career growth.
- Identify and nurture potential leaders within the organization, developing
programs for leadership growth and development.
7. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, managing conflict
resolution and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Act as the primary contact for resolving high-level employee concerns,
promoting a culture of transparency and mutual respect.
