Vision School of Aviation is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and strengthen our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and ensuring smooth HR functioning aligned with the institute’s growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources (Regular / Full-time only)
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
  • Distance or correspondence education not accepted

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Oversee performance appraisals and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and coordinate payroll processes
  • Support management with HR planning and workforce development

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems

Experience:

  • 2–4 years (Required)

Education:

  • MBA HR (Regular)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
