- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance in line with labor laws.
- Manage manpower planning, staffing needs, and timely hiring across departments.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, attendance, leave records).
- Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation accurately.
- Support management with HR strategies to improve productivity and retention.
