  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance in line with labor laws.
  • Manage manpower planning, staffing needs, and timely hiring across departments.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, attendance, leave records).
  • Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Support management with HR strategies to improve productivity and retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
