Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit processes
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Address employee queries and maintain a positive work culture
  • Assist in performance reviews and appraisals
  • Support payroll coordination and leave management
  • Organize employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Experience with HR tools or HRMS is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
