Exp : 6- 9 yrs

NP : Immediate or within 15 days

ctc : 30% hike on current ctc

Working : 5 days

Mandatory Skills(Competencies, HR Policies, L&D/T&D)

Additional Skills(PMS ,Culture Creation)

We need a candidate who has created policies, driven new initiatives at the organisation, culture creation, skill matrix & competency framework experience.

They must have experience in competency creation, skill matrix creation, and execution experience.
