We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The ideal candidate will have a background in commerce and possess strong knowledge of HR practices and policies. This role is essential for supporting the HR department in implementing effective HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a positive organizational culture. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.

Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees by providing necessary training and resources.

Maintain employee records and manage HR databases to ensure data integrity.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee inquiries and resolving conflicts.

Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals.

Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process to ensure compliance.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.)

2-4 years of experience in HR or related field.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations in India.
