Job Title: HR Manager – Fashion Industry-Age above than 35 years old-Speaks english and Arabic
Experience Required: 5+ years in HR management, preferably in retail or fashion

Job Summary:
Lead and manage all HR operations for a fashion-focused organization. Drive recruitment, training, and retention of creative and retail talent while ensuring compliance and supporting the company’s dynamic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the fashion/retail environment.
  • Manage recruitment for creative, retail, and corporate roles.
  • Oversee onboarding and training to enhance team performance and brand culture.
  • Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Support organizational growth with workforce planning and HR analytics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management within fashion, retail, or creative industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Wide Knowledge in Qatar labor law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,500.00 per month
