1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct HR induction for new hires and ensure smooth joining formalities.

2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with accounts/finance department for payroll.
  • Manage salary revisions, full & final settlements, and reimbursements.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
  • Communicate company policies and ensure employees follow them.

4. Performance Management

  • Coordinate confirmation reviews and annual appraisal cycles.
  • Assist in goal setting (KRAs / KPIs) and performance evaluations.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR manual, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle notices, warnings, and disciplinary actions when needed.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of HR policies & statutory compliances
  • Problem-solving and conflict-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS (added advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
