1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct HR induction for new hires and ensure smooth joining formalities.
2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with accounts/finance department for payroll.
- Manage salary revisions, full & final settlements, and reimbursements.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
- Communicate company policies and ensure employees follow them.
4. Performance Management
- Coordinate confirmation reviews and annual appraisal cycles.
- Assist in goal setting (KRAs / KPIs) and performance evaluations.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR manual, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Handle notices, warnings, and disciplinary actions when needed.
