Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions and support overall business growth. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and the effective implementation of HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement programs and build a positive, performance-driven workplace culture
- Manage performance appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and employee development plans
- Oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor learning and development initiatives
- Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and key metrics to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Prior experience in education, training, or service-based industries is an added advantage

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
