HR Manager

The HR Manager at LIVXS will own end-to-end people operations, discipline systems, and HR administration. This role ensures smooth hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, policy enforcement, attendance tracking, and culture alignment in a fast-paced creative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations

• Manage hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits at LIVXS
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and discipline as per the Red Line System

People & Culture

• Coordinate performance reviews, engagement, and internal communication

Admin & Compliance

• Handle office admin, assets, travel, and HR-linked finances

KEY SKILLS

• High attention to documentation, discipline, and compliance
• Confident people management with empathy and firmness
• Process-driven, proactive, and organised

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years HR/Admin experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
