- Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurants, resorts, and corporate roles
- Handle joining, onboarding, and induction of all employees
- Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, contracts)
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and discipline procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Conduct performance appraisals and staff evaluations
- Plan and execute training & staff development programs
- Manage manpower planning, attrition control, and staff retention
- Coordinate with management for HR strategy and budgeting
